I remember the time when my mother gave me quarters to call her in case of emergency or when everyone had beepers and got the 911 message to ensure urgency. The cell phone at first to me was the parent tracker- the way my mom kept tabs on me. But once all my friends had a mobile it became just about the best thing next to slice bread. That’s why it’s so hard for me to even imagine life without it. I mean what would I do without instant access to my e-mails, the web, that crazy person on the train your friend might not believe you have met without that instant picture message, or being able to record that melody for a new song as soon as the idea comes to you? Life as we know it would be truly inconvenient. So to answer the question I would probably invent my own mobile communication device.

I know everyone out there just like the BKBOYEEZ- are trying to get their bodies right for the Summer. For dudes, that may require losing or gaining the few default pounds from the Winter. It will most definitely involve muscling up, but what most guys may not know is that muscles aren’t built in the gym. They’re built later- when you’re resting. Believe it or not it’s true. While you’re chilling on the couch after a workout, your body is busy repairing and rebuilding the muscle tissue you’ve ripped while pumping iron. To get the most out of your muscle-rebuilding phase, give your muscles the fuel they need. A combination of creatine and whey partnered with a workout regimen produces leaner, stronger and larger muscles. After your next workout, try this muscle building shake that you can mix yourself.
ULTIMATE MUSCLE-BUILDING SHAKE
Ingredients:
1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen, but fresh is definitely better)
1/2 banana
1/2 cup of cranberry juice
3/4 cup of milk
1 cup of ice cubes
1 scoop of whey powder
1 scoop of creatine powder
